ABSTRACT: Foundational to the Northeast Regional Conservation Needs (RCN) program is a variety of informative tools, from region-wide customized mapping to monitoring protocols. The NEAFWA has also developed a lexicon, implemented in the development of the 2015 updates to state Wildlife Action Plans, to facilitate and support region-wide information-sharing and developed a database in which to synthesize Wildlife Action Plan information from all 13 of the states and the District of Columbia. This presentation will provide an overview of these tools and how they have supported regional conservation planning and action.
